STARRETT, District Judge.
This cause is before the court on a motion for summary judgment filed by defen dants Baker Hughes Incorporated Long Term Disability Plan and Hartford Life Group Insurance Company, and on a motion for summary judgment filed by plaintiff Larry Braddock.
