HILL, Judge.
Plaintiffs make eighteen assignments of error, based on twenty-five exceptions, and bring forward five questions for review. Plaintiffs succinctly assert, however, that the primary question to be resolved in the appeal is how much right of way was conveyed in 1958 by the deed to the defendant.
