MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILSON, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the court on appeal from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. See 28 U.S.C. § 158(c)(1); Fed.R.Bankr.P. 8001(e). Debtor Sulochana D. Kapinos (“Kapinos”) filed a Chapter 7 petition in Bankruptcy Court on April 25, 1997. After filing her petition, Kapinos filed two adversary proceedings against three student loan entities seeking to discharge five loans.
