Gertrude C. Young appealed from an adverse judgment rendered in her suit against the appellee, Dallas Railway Terminal Company, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when struck by the rear end (overhang) of one of appellee's street cars as it rounded the curve off of Elm Street onto St. Paul Street in the City of Dallas.
