Before the Court is plaintiff William Cei-nos Rodriguez’s (“Ceinos”) motion for attorneys’ fees (Docket No. 18) and defendant International College of Business and Technology, Inc.’s (“International College”) motion to amend judgment (Docket No. 19) pursuant to Rule 59 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
