ORDER

DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.

This is a civil rights action in which Plaintiffs seek actual and punitive damages for Defendants’ alleged conspiracy to violate 42 U.S.C. § 1983. It is asserted that the Court has subject matter jurisdiction of this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1343.

In their Third Amended Complaint, Plaintiffs allege that they began moving their household possessions on April 1,1977, from their mobile home which was located on a fenced lot within a trailer park managed by Defendant Edwin B. Tillinger (Til-linger) in Midwest City, Oklahoma; that Plaintiffs left two white spitz…
