Petition for review and annulment of an order of the Industrial Accident Commission. The em ployee, Henry Lohnes, while employed ¡by the Wonderlite Neon Products Company, was injured on December 26, 1932, when a heavy piece of iron fell on his right foot. His disability continued to March 23, 1933. The employer authorized medical treatment, and he was treated by Dr. J. Minton Meherin. The employer was insured with the Independence Indemnity Company, which company had a contract of re-insurance with the International ReTnsuranee Corporation.
