The dispositive question in this appeal is whether an attorney’s negligent failure to arrange for timely execution of estate planning documents permits the intended beneficiaries of the estate to pursue a cause of action for legal malpractice. The plaintiffs, Josephine Krawczyk, Stella K. Rabiega, Genevieve Krawczyk, Helaine Kania, Francis Krawczyk, Edmund Krawczyk and Henry Taylor, relatives of the decedent, Joseph C.
