This case arises under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. §§ 1001 et seq. ("ERISA"). The Court previously found that the Defendants improperly denied Plaintiff Antonio Campbell's claim for disability benefits. What remains is Plaintiff's Petition for Attorneys' Fees and Costs.
