This appeal is from Andrino’s criminal convictions on twelve counts of violating Titles IV and VII of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(a)(6) and 924(a), and 18 U.S.C. App. § 1202(a)(1), respectively. Counts one through six alleged the making of false and fictitious statements in connection with the acquisition of a firearm in violation of sections 922(a)(6) and 924(a); count seven alleged the receipt by a convicted felon of firearms transported interstate in violation of section 1202(a)(1); and counts eight through twelve alleged the…
