MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff Gladys Daily was employed by American Founders Bank, Inc. (hereafter, “AFB” or the “Bank”) as the Vice President and Branch Manager until she was terminated on October 4, 2007 — nearly two years after being hired. [See Complaint; Record No. 1] Daily brings this action alleging age discrimination, sex discrimination, defamation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
