Before the Court is the motion [ECF No. 291]1 of the Chapter 7 Trustee (the “Trustee”) in the bankruptcy case of Roman Sledziejowski (the “Debtor”) for in-junctive relief against a number of defendants and third parties in this adversary proceeding. The requested relief relates to a preliminary injunction entered in this adversary proceeding almost two years ago.
