On April 5, 2018, a nine-person jury found Defendants liable on Plaintiffs' trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and breach of contract claims and awarded Plaintiffs $34.2 million in statutory damages. In the wake of that verdict, the parties filed a plethora of motions.
