First United Bank appeals the judgment of the trial court following a jury trial that Panhandle Packing and Gasket, Inc., 1 have and recover $294,974.13, plus prejudgment interest and that Panhandle Packing and Gasket, Inc., individually and d/b/a Arrow Bearings and Industrial Supply, Nammco Fabrication, Lubbock Gasket and Supply and Lone Star Gasket and Supply, Inc. recover attorney’s fees in the amount of $45,000 and $10,000 and $7,000, respectively, for appeals to the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Texas.
