Judith Mortner, temporary administrator of the estate of the respondent, Theodore Mortner (Husband), appeals, and the petitioner, Lynn Mortner (Wife), cross-appeals an order of the Circuit Court (Foley, J.) abating the Wife’s divorce action and vacating its prior final divorce decree. For ease of reference, we refer to the temporary administrator of Husband’s estate as the Estate. In its appeal, the Estate argues that the trial court erred by abating the divorce action.
