The respondent, Hellen Couture, appeals an order of the 7th Circuit Court — Dover Probate Division (Cassavechia, J.), which granted the petition of the petitioner, Thomas Couture, the adult son of the decedent, Luden Couture, to impose a constructive trust, for the benefit of the decedent’s heirs, over certain life insurance proceeds paid to the respondent upon the decedent’s death. We affirm and remand.
