Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted at a general court-martial by military judge alone of disobeying a no-contact order (one specification), assault (two specifications), subordination of perjury at a prior *490trial (one specification), and communicating threats (three specifications), in violation of Articles 92, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 USC §§ 892, 928, and 934.
