Reversing.

The General Assembly of Kentucky at its 1930 session (chapter 86, page 253, sec. 11, Acts 1930, section 3037h-121, Ky. Stats.) granted power to the city of Louisville to zone the city “for the purpose of promoting health, safety, morals, or the general welfare of the community,” with the power to regulate the height, stories, size of a building, or other structures .and the percentage of the lot that may be occupied, and to regulate the use of buildings, structures, and land, for trade, industry, residences, or other purposes.
