Plaintiff, as guardian ad litem for Wilmer Bunney, a boy thirteen years of age, brought suit against defendants, a corporation and two individuals composing a partnership, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the minor. The boy’s injuries were caused by fife, resulting from an explosion on a truck which was owned by defendant Pound Motor Company and was being maneuvered at the time by a member of the partnership composed of David Bunney and Clarence Bunney, the uncle and father, respectively, of the minor.
