In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, defendants appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated December 14, 1976, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs motion to dismiss their counterclaim for lack of prosecution and (2) so much of a further order of the same court, dated February 28, 1977, as, upon reargument, adhered to the original determination.
