The plaintiff, Cecelia Butler, brought suit against Russell Prather for damages for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained by plaintiff as a result of an automobile accident on Peoria avenue near Twenty-Second street in the city of Tulsa, Okla. The accident happened about 2 o’clock Monday morning, July 30, 1934. The plaintiff was driving a Ford ear on Peoria avenue toward Tulsa, and the defendant, was driving a car in the same direction that plaintiff was going.
