This is an appeal by the defendant from a judgment in the sum of $5,000, based upon findings of fact and conclusions of law, which the circuit court entered in favor of the plaintiff. The complaint which instituted the action alleged that the plaintiff was induced by fraudulent representations made by one A.I.
