WALKER, Chief Justice.

On the 6th day of September, 1938,- about 2 P. M., appellant, Ira A..Hanlcamer, was injured and his wife was killed in a collision- on' the edge of, but hot within, the town of Devers, in Liberty county, betw-eeh the Ford pickup truck he was driving and an ambulance, owned and operated by ap-pellee Roberts Undertaking Company,- and driven at the time of the collision by ap-pellee J. M. Sharp. This suit was brought by appellant against appellees for his damages proximately resulting from the collision. Judgment was for appellees on the Verdict of the jury, finding that…
