Appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Kahn, J.), entered February 10,1984 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul respondent Commissioner of Education’s determination finding petitioner guilty of disciplinary charges.
