This case raises the question of a computer bulletin board system operator’s liability for copyright and trademark infringement regarding information available to its customers through their home computers. Plaintiff Playboy Enterprises, Inc. (“PEI”) asks the court to find that Defendants Rusty-N-Edie’s, Inc.
