Capitol Records, LLC (“Capitol”), the recording label for such classic vinyls as *645Frank Sinatra’s “Come Fly With Me” and The Beatles’ ‘Yellow Submarine,” brings this action against ReDigi Inc. (“ReDigi”), a twenty-first century technology company that touts itself as a “virtual” marketplace for “pre-owned” digital music.
