This appeal concerns a breach of contract action and is before us as a matter of right. R. 2:2-l(a)(2). The jury held that Borden, Inc., defendant-respondent, breached its contract with Sons of Thunder, Inc., plaintiff-appellant. Borden moved for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict, which the trial court denied. We must decide whether the majority of the Appellate Division properly found that the trial court erroneously denied Borden’s motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict. 285 N.J.Super. 27, 666 A.2d 549 (1995).
