¶1 Mikelson Land Company and its owner, R.A. Mikelson (collectively, Mikelson), appeal from a deficiency judgment and the underlying findings of fact, conclusions of law and order entered by the Sixteenth Judicial District Court, Fallon County. We affirm and remand. ¶2 Mikelson raises the following issues on appeal:
