Plaintiff/appellant Greensboro Lumber Company (“Greensboro”) brought this suit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, alleging violations of the federal antitrust laws, violations of section 210 of the federal Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978, 16 U.S.C. § 824a-3 (“PURPA”), and state law breach of contract.
