Vitaliano, Judge, dismissing his complaint alleging that his employer defendant Municipal Credit Union (“MCU”) denied him leave and terminated his employment in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (“FMLA” or the “Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., after Coutard sought leave to take care of his seriously ill grandfather who, in loco parentis, had raised him as a child.
