Plaintiffs Peter Slane and Divine Health & Natural Healing LLC bring this action against defendants Masaru Emoto, I.H.M. Co., Ltd., Hiro Emoto, and Hado Publishing USA for intentional misrepresentation and violation of Wisconsin’s Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Wis. Stat. § 100.18. Plaintiffs allege that defendants intentionally misled them into purchasing two “Magnetic Resonance Analyzer” machines, named the Hado-R and Hadoscan, by falsely representing that the machines were capable of changing the physical properties of water in such a way…
