The American Trust & Banking Company, administrator of the estate of Albert Gamier, deceased, has appealed in error to this court from a verdict and judgment rendered in the circuit court of Hamilton county in the sum of $5,000, in favor of Mrs. Bonnie Crews Parsons, as the surviving widow of W. H. Parsons, Jr.,, who died as the result of an automobile accident occurring in the State of Florida on June 1, 1932. Mr. Gamier was also killed in the same accident, and the American Trust & Banking Company of Chattanooga qualified as his administrator. The declaration alleges that under the laws of…
