Ross, J.:
This action is brought to enforce an alleged trust. Defendant had judgment in the Court below, and the plaintiffs appeal from the judgment, and from an order denying them a new trial. The case is one of considerable interest, not only because of the questions, but also by reason of the amount involved. The questions, however, in our opinion, are not difficult of solution.
