SUMMARY
This cause comes before the Court as a civil action for treble damages and arises from alleged violations of the Anti-Trust Acts of the United States (The Sherman Act, Title 15 U.S.C.A. Sections 1, 2 and 7; and The Clayton Act, Title 15 U.S.C.A. Sections 12, 15, 16 and 22). Plaintiff alleged, upon filing the complaint on December 29, 1961, that three separate but related violations of the Anti-Trust Acts occurred causing him monetary damages for which he prays recovery.
