This appeal is the result of a judgment for fraud and misrepresentation which was rendered against the appellant in the Circuit Court of Limestone County.

Appellant (The Citizens Bank of Moulton, Alabama) contends that the jury verdict awarding damages to appellees (Donald and Mary Routh) was improper in both its form and substance.
