This is an employment action brought under the Federal Rail Safety Act’s anti-retaliation and interference with medical care provisions. 49 U.S.C. § 20109(a)(4), (c)(1). Plaintiff claims that on May 4, 2010, his supervisor assaulted him at Chicago Union Station, injuring Plaintiffs left foot and left knee.
