John Stemple, Jr. (defendant) appeals a conviction in' Lewis and Clark County District Court, of possession of dangerous drugs with intent to sell, a felony.

Defendant raises several issues. He raises two search and seizure issues relating to the stop and search of his vehicle. He contends that the police did not have probable cause to stop his vehicle, and he contends that his consent to search his pickup was not voluntarily given.
