OPINION

JACK SMITH, Justice.

This is a suit for breach of warranty wherein the appellant/plaintiff seeks damages pursuant to the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. After a non-jury trial, the trial court entered a take-nothing judgment.

Pursuant to this court’s order, the trial court made findings of fact and conclusions of law in which it found that on February 13, 1979, appellant entered into a contract to buy a car from the appellee for a purchase price of $500.00; that appellant paid a third party $350.00 for his equity in the ear; that appellant made $815.00 repairs to the car; and, that…
