Green Tree Servicing, LLC appeals the trial court’s final judgment awarding damages and attorney’s fees to ICA Wholesale, Ltd. d/b/a A-l Homes (A-l) for Green Tree’s breach of the implied warranty of title in connection with its sale to A-l of a used manufactured home. Green Tree asserts that the trial court erred in denying its plea to the jurisdiction, in granting judgment against it for breach of the warranty, and in awarding damages and attorney’s fees to A-l. Because we conclude that Green Tree did not breach the warranty of title as a matter of law, we reverse…
