OPINION

PAUL L. FRIEDMAN, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment on plaintiffs claim of employment discrimination based on race/ethnicity and national origin under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 42 U.S.C. § 1983, plaintiffs claim of employment discrimination based on race/ethnicity under 42 U.S.C. § 1981, and plaintiffs claim of retaliation under Title VII and 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983. Defendant contends that plaintiffs claims must be dismissed on the ground that they are time-barred.
