¶ 1 This is an appeal from the March 5, 2002 order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming' County (1) granting Appellee/Father’s Petition for Modification of Custody allowing Appel-lee/Father to relocate his primary place of residence and retain primary physical custody of two children; (2) denying Appellant/Mother’s Petition for Emergency Relief to prevent relocation; and (3) denying, without prejudice, Appellant/Mother’s Petition for Modification of Custody.
