Before the Panel: Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407, defendants National Milk Producers Federation, Dairy Farmers of America, Inc., Land O’Lakes, Inc., Dairy-lea Cooperative, Inc., and Agri-Mark, Inc., move to centralize this litigation in the Northern District of California. The motion encompasses four actions, three consolidated actions in the Northern District of California and an action in the Southern District of Illinois, as listed on Schedule A.1
