This is a motion brought to vacate the issuance of a warrant of arrest and to dismiss an information as being jurisdictionally defective.
The defendant was first arrested in violation of section 177 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and taken to the police station; while there confined, an immediate information was prepared, a warrant of arrest issued. She was then again arrested pursuant to the warrant and brought before the court for arraignment.
