MEMORANDUM OPINION
LAUCK, United States Magistrate Judge.
The Plaintiff, Kamesha Barnette, brought claims against the Defendant, Brook Road, Inc., which trades as Car America (“Car America”), following a failed purchase of a car and repossession of that car after financing fell through.
