COZORT, Judge.

In this case, plaintiff restaurant owner is the insured under a multi-peril policy issued by the defendant insurance company. After the restaurant was seriously damaged by fire, plaintiff filed proof of loss claims requesting payment of the full $100,000.00 pol icy limit on the loss of the building and payment of the full $125,000.00 policy limit on the loss of the building’s contents.
