EAGER, P. J.-
[664] -This is an action for damages.for personal injuries. Plaintiff, a passenger on [665] one of defendant’s buses in St. Louis, Missouri, claimed that she was caused to fall by a sudden and violent jerk of the bus as it approached her stop. This occurred on January 7, 1952. The case was submitted to the jury upon the res ipsa loquitur theory, there was a verdict and judgment for the defendant and plaintiff has appealed.
