This is a suit in equity, brought in the Circuit Court of the United States for the Western District of Pennsylvania, by the Consolidated Poller Mill Company against P, P. Walker, for the infringement of claim 1 of letters patent No. 228,525, granted June 8, 1880, on an application filed May 2, 1879, to William D. Gray, for an improvement in roller-grinding mills. The Circuit Court, held by Judges McKennan and Acheson, entered a decree dismissing - the bill, with costs. The case was heard on pleadings and proofs.
