Appellant, Robert D. Schulman (“Schul-man”), t/a Maxi’s Express (“Maxi’s”), appeals an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granting summary judgment in favor of ap-pellees, J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc. (“J.P. Morgan”) and Widener Funding Corporation, Inc.
