Hoffman v. Ernest Tosetti Brewing Co.

This suit was instituted in the superior court of Cook county by Frederick W. Hoffman, the defendant in error, against the Ernest Tosetti Brewing Company, the plaintiff in error, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by Hoffman while engaged in the performance of his duties as a servant of the plaintiff in error. A trial before a jury resulted in a verdict for $12,500 in favor of the plaintiff.
