By this writ, plaintiff below, a minor, seeks the review of a judgment against him in a tort action brought to recover for the personal injuries he received from his being struck by defendant’s street car.

On the first trial of the cause there was a'judgment in his favor. On appeal therefrom (in 1918) we filed an opinion reversing the same and holding that the verdict was against the manifest weight of the evidence as to defendant’s negligence.
